Date, pickup time, places and number of guests. Our team creates your booking and sends you the booking number (KT…) with your booking page on the official kingtocar.com website.
The deposit confirms your van and driver. The balance is paid on the day of travel. Cancel 3 days or more before your trip for a full refund.
On the day, tap "I'm at the pickup point" on your trip page and send a photo of the door number sign and your group. Your driver comes to you and checks your 4-digit pickup code.
Our drivers are Thai. Your trip page has a live voice translation feature in the Kingtocar app, and our team answers you in this chat throughout the trip.
